Gambero Rosso, one of the most prestigious pizzeria guides,  awarded us again with its Tre Spicchi, the highest recognition featuring in the Italian Pizzerias Guide 2022! Our secret is…none 😉 We make our pizzas right in front of you. For more than 10 years, we’ve been prepararing our pizza doughs daily starting from scratch: water, semi-whole organic flours and our beloved sourdough, which we prepare and take care of on a daily basis.
